Still going strong. I haven't been craving anything for a long time, but alas that will soon pass as PMS rolls around the corner, ever too soon!

I went to the new Steve and Barry's that just opened, and bought me a pair of Sarah Jessica Parker Dark Denim Jeans. Love it! They are my favorite jeans now. Fits me like a glove @ size 8. What's great about it is that they were only 10 bucks so.... When I drop to size 6 ;).... I can just buy me another pair, only another 10 bucks!!!

My goal is to get back to my size 4's which I fit me at my goal weight. Visualize, focus :weightlift: , stay on track! :whip:

The scale is moving so slowly. I can feel the changes in the way my clothes fit, but the numbers on the scale are just creeping along at a snale's pace! Sometimes I just want to get a sledgehammer and pound the scale to a pulp~ :x

Well, I guess I should be happy the clothes are feeling loose. :?

Enjoy Steve & Barry's while you can!! They filed Chapter 11 and are supposed to close a bunch of stores. I'm sad, because I love that place!

That's so great about the jeans!

I think the diagnostic pants plan is awesome when the scale isn't behaving...I have a pair hanging on my closet now!

You're doing so great!

Ah, yes. Now I know what that was all about theses past few days... TOM payed an unexpected visit, earlier than usual. :| But now I can get a grip on this and understand the cravings. So cravings and bloating should disappear within a few days, and I can get back to normal.

I'm really gonna tank the water and put mind over matter to stay on track. I wanna see some weightloss next week.

I did remember that you liked those, Kanani - but I didn't want to be accused of solicitation.... Or drug dealing.

I'm sorry but somebody else took the bars! I would have held them for you but didn't know when you'd be online - hope you can forgive me for getting your hopes up and then dashing them again....

OMG!!!!!!!! That's what I get for not logging in for a few days!!!! :x
Oh my beloved mint bars, the old ones even  !

Thanks Mike for trying to get my attention! Too bad my computer doesn't have a mint bar alert on it. I woulda come runnin!!

Thanks Nickie for thinking of me. I know you tried to hold on to them, but alas, it was not ment to be.

Yes, both of you would have been co-conspiritors in solicitation of an addictive substance to a weak-willed mint bar addict. I luv ya'll anyway!

Maybe if you opened one of the bars, I would've caught the sent of them all the way here in Hawaii! :hmmm:

I'll try that tactic if I ever get my hands on more of them. Maybe I could hold one in front of a fan and point it west....

Ohmygosh... I 'm back!

Hi everyone!! I don't know who's still around, but I just wanted to come back here because I've gotten tremendous results just from
being hear on the forum. So here I am!

95 days left of the year 2009. I will accomplish all of the goals that I set for myself this year. One of them being back to 130lbs wearing
size 4 jeans and size small shirt. :whip:

I'm doing it now. I haven't weighed myself but I can tell how my clothes fit that I have at about 20 pounds to drop. I can fit into my size 8 jeans
and size 6 is still a little tight. I've come a long way. A week ago I couldn't even zip up the size 6!
