Hi,
I started my medifast today.
I know you might think I'm crazy ( I don't)
I only have to lose about 15 pounds.
To some it might seem like nothing but to me its alot
and in all the wrong places.
I've been trying alot of diets and nothing has helped
me take this extra weight off.
I'm in menopause so of course that doesn't help matter
either.
Well just wanted to say Hi and I will be intouch
