Hi Laura, don't cry. Your human, it's okay. You realize you fell off & now your back on. Forgive yourself & move on. I still believe in you & I'm sure everyone else does too!

Keep shakin',

Laura

You can do this!!! You have proven that with the substantial amount of weight you have already lost. Like the others said forgive yourself and move on. I have said this before and it surely applies to you....three steps forward and one step back is still progress!!!!!

Keep shakin

Laura, the first step is to forgive yourself. Remember that this is a lifetime change, and there's going to be eating. The most important thing is to pick yourself up and get right back on the plan, and then once in you're in gear, maybe you can look back and try to figure out what set you off. What was your emotional state, or was there some food that triggered the binge?

Try to see it not as a failure or even a mistake, but as an opportunity to learn.

Stick with it, and we're all here for you!
