I have a few questions??

Postby Porky34 » February 22nd, 2007, 9:19 am

Hi..newbie here asking questions:+)
Thanking you all in advance.

1."Splenda"
Can we use it? If so, is there a limit on how many packets we can have per day?

2."Fat-Free Liquid Coffeemate non-dairy creamer"
Are we allowed to use it? If so, how much?

3."Smuckers Jam" sweetened with Splenda
Is this allowed to be used on Medifast snack crackers?

4."Morton's Lite Salt"
Can we use it?

5. "Whole Dill Pickles or Dill Pickle Spears"
How many whole dill pickles may we have as a snack? Does size matter?

How many dill pickle spears may we have s a snack?

Again...thanking you very much.

Love,
Chynna
