gotta get going

Postby flamingogal3 » January 26th, 2006, 5:45 pm

OK, so I'm revving up to get my motor running next week. Gonna start exercising again. This is what's gonna be my schedule. I'm used to treadmill walking and the bowflex machine.
Mon-45 min low intensity treadmill (3.2-3.5 mph at .5 incline)
Tues-25 min lo-inten treadmill and 20 min lt weights
Wed-off
Thurs- 25 min treadmill and 20 min weights (same as Tues)
Fri-45 min lo-inten treadmill
Sat-45 min treadmill

This week I did 30 min treadmill 3 days and felt fine. Taking in extra water, and having 3 stalks celery with fat free cream cheese and 1 pickle for extra calories. Does this sound like a plan, or do I need to change something?
Many thanx for input.

I am fairly new so I am not positve but I think the cream cheese is a no no hopefully Nancy or one the others will chime in here if I am mistaken. I admire your exercise though you sound like a really fit person.

Yikes! Please tell me it ain't so. I could have sworn that 1 tbs fat-free cream cheese is a free food or condiment. Did I dream this up? Help

Wake up FlamingoGirl, Wake up! You're dreaming.... :snooze:

Your exercise plan is just about to the limit here, too. If you start having some hunger issues have a shake before or half a bar after you execrise.

Glad to see you are drinking lots of water and have a rest day in there on Wed. and Sundays.

NO cream cheese..have mustard on that celery!
Nothing tastes as good as thin feels...
