fruit pudding???

Postby chelleA » March 19th, 2007, 7:04 pm

Years ago......I did a similar diet called New Direction. It had most of the same products. I used to take the vanilla shake and mix it with SF jello to make a lime or strawberry pudding. It was REALLY nice, and a great change.

Does anyone know how to do this? I've lost the recipe. I guess I could experiment, but it might be easier if anyone knows it!

I know others have done this to make flavored shakes, but not sure the recipe. Let us know if you figure it out. Someone may come along with the answer though.

Medifast has vanilla pudding now. You can add flavorings to that. I had peanutbutter pudding the other day.

I have created a masterpiece!!! :whoohoo: I experimented with my fruit pudding concoction, and here's what I did.
:chef:

sm box sf cherry jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
2 pkg. vanilla shake

Mix jello and hot water until dissolved. Add cold water and stir. Add 2 pkg. of vanilla shake, and mix well with a whisk. Pour into 2 bowls and put in frig to let gel. It's a really nice change!

I know that there is now vanilla pudding, but this has a different consistency. Kind of a cherry creme jello. Very refreshing!

I hope you like it! :eat:
