Hello....

I'm not a coffee drinker, but I do like coffee flavored things.....go figure?!

Anyhow, I made this the other morning and it was GREAT.

Medifast French Vanilla 55
teaspoon of instant coffee
6-8 oz. water
2 ice cubes

Whirl it in the blender, and slurp it up! It tastes like the fancy stuff you get at Dunkin' you-know-what's

You ARE wearing a chef's hat, to be sure! I do not like the Vanilla shakes unless I add flavorings to them. Like you, I experiment. A lot. I really like instant coffee added to the Vanilla shakes, too.

Bam! I also add a dash of cinnamon and occasionally a dash of nutmeg to the coffee and vanilla shake. Of course I love it in the blender all frothy and icy. Cheers!
