Ohboy! I love all things citrus. I used to get a similar product made in Japan when I lived in Micronesia.

I think I will post a couple of recipes that we made using lemon powder in the recipes forum. Thanks so much, I've been looking for something like this for years!

Shoot. I was just cooking chicken last night, and didn't think about using the orange stuff. Although I love the lemon and the lime, so I can't imagine it'll be bad.
