Hey Everybody.......
I was dreaming all night long that I was eating barbecued hamburgers, ribs, and chicken. It felt so real that I woke up and actually felt horribly guilty, as if I had actually done it. Weird stuff.
I felt so guilty that I had to step on the scale for the first time since I began 4 days ago. Down 7 lbs.............NICE. I know it's water weight, but it's a start. Krissie is down 4 lbs so far. We are really proud of each other.
Nancy.......I loved the comment about TLC'S "What Not To Wear" surprising us at the pool party. Let's just be glad we wont be wearing too much.

Talk to ya soon....................Brian

Kids, you are experiencing the :redhead: dreaded Eatmares!

Do a search on our site here :hmmm: ...they are real and they are spectacular. ;)

Other newbies, if Eatmares haven't come to your napping zone yet, they will be very soon. :snooze:

Hey, who told the one about dreaming of eating a giant marshmallow and woke to find their pillow gone? *groan*

Oh I just HATE those eatmares - add beermares and I do a lot of tossing and turning at night! Then waking up and the guilt is soooo awful!
Then consciousness sets in and I realize I'm dreaming and I breath a HUGE sigh of releif! :D

I forgot one thing - Do you also feel GUILTY during eatmares? I do and it's awful and I get so depressed with myself (in the dream) because I think "I've failed again".
It's a wonder I get any rest at all! lol
