First Week... Weight Loss

Postby She2chat » February 28th, 2006, 8:29 pm

Ok,

I was hoping for more, but this will work.

I lost 6lbs this week. I feel Great! I also think I've lost quite a bit of inches. My pants are already feeling loose in the belly and looser in the legs.. Yeah!

I was really hoping to get in the 10# club..

Here I come!!

275 starting weight.. and starting to shrink, slowly.

Sheila,

How about that 6 pound loss! Fantastic, and you are on your way to the BIG 10# You're cooking with Medifast!:flip:

It seems so small when I have so much to lose, but I know that it comes off, one pound at a time and I need to be happy about it.

Ok.. Half a bag of potatoes gone! Yeah!

Lots better than the last time I ate strickly low fat, the first week I didn't lose anything, but after that, I lost 1 or 2 lbs a week.

I guess if I look at it that way, I'm already ahead.. lol

Thanks for your support.. Especially all of you who have already done so well..

Sheila,

I'm so glad you've decided to join us on this journey to health. 1-2 lbs is pretty much the max you can expect to lose through "normal" dieting, so anything over that is way ahead of the game. Look at it this way - your 6 lb loss is equal to 3+ weeks on your other plan! You won't regret sticking with Medifast. Not only will you continue to feel great, but it seems to me the inches come off even faster than the poundage, which I'm certainly not opposed to! (Must be all that fat burning going on . . . )

Congratulations on making it through your first week. You're that much closer to a thin, healthy body!

6 pounds is a GREAT week!

Don't get discuraged over it. Medifast isn't the magical mystery drug we all used to look for to make the weight disapear over night. I too have a LOT to lose so I know how doughnting it can look. Just remind yourself not only did you lose 6 pounds this week, you lost it SAFELY and nurished your body probably better than you have in years.

Keep up the great work and remember we are all here for you

You're doing wonderful!
