First Day on MF report!

Postby Honey Child » January 20th, 2007, 6:11 pm

Hi everyone

I started my first day this morning after receiving my shipment last night. Overall I think I did okay. I just think I started later than I wanted to......I can see now that I will have to set my alarm clock to wake me up earlier on Saturdays.

It is 8pm EST and I still have 1 more MF meal I need to get in..within the next hour or so.....is it okay to have a shake so late?
Here is a look at my first 'go round. I soooooooooo appreciate my lean & green meal!

Here is a look at my first day on the plan

8am - French vanilla shake (added a little cinnamon & nutmeg)

water

10am - Peach oatmeal

water

1pm - Chicken & wild rice soup

water

4pm - Small salmon fillet & salad greens with 2 tsp reduced calorie 1 carb dressing

water

7pm - Cappuccino

water

9pm - 1 more shake to go

I had one at 10 last night cause I started late...you are doing great, what ever you do don't cheat in the next 3 days and any discomfort you have will pass. I was a real grouch one day, wicked headache another. Remember this is your body doing without what it wants most!

Oh...it's not polite to speak of such matters, but Medifast in the begining can give you wake the dead farts! Could have said gas, but most people reading are laughing as we remember the passing  of the deadlies....

Doing great. Just to let you know, as someone who has a hard time with veggies myself, and my favorite way to have them is salad. You can has up to 2 Tbsp of the low fat/low carb dressing. If you can do with just 2 tsp, then more power to ya. Its the condiments that are limited to tsp in the Quick Start Guide.

Good going first day though.

I had to pop in because of the exclamation point in your subject heading. Keep up that excitement and remember why you're doing this and you'll do wonderfully. I can't wait to hear how your second and third days go!

Doin' great, honey child. The amount of salmon you should have is 7 oz. That is NOT small.....it's alot of salmon. Don't skimp on the lean. You need it.

Yay Honey Child!
Welcome to Day 2! How's it going?
And, yes, it's fine to have a shake,
or other MF meal, so late -
or even right before bedtime.
Enjoy!

You're doing great! How is your day 3 going? You should be hitting ketosis and will be much easier soon!

Keep shakin'! :cheermed:

I have been so happy with my choice to start this program! :-P :-P
Day 3 hasn't been bad at all! I was worried that I wouldn't be able to stay on track since this is my first day doing it at work. I'm glad I started over the weekend to help me get into my routine. Smooth sailing so far!
