Everyone should ballroom dance.

Hi!

Being a ballroom dancer myself, I'd just like to say that ballroom dancing is a great way to get fit and relax.
I tell alot of people how great it is, and they tell me they'll do it, but never end up going to classes.
The best thing is that people of pretty much all sizes can dance.
The exercise part isn't intense at all (1,2 cha cha cha). Except maybe quickstep.

It's my passion. And I've used it in the past to lose weight.

I'm told it's a life long dream of many people, but they just don't know where to start.

It's simple: just take a class. Drop in. Partners are not required in newcomer classes. By the end of class, you won't be sweating but I guarantee you'll be addicted.

You all deserve it!

I just had to share. I was looking at competition dresses again. When I lose my first 15 lbs, I'll invest in one. THe one I want is $450 !!!
First mini goal:
