Diana, thanks for the analogy of the Apollo mission. That really helps me alot and I need the reminder that I will get there and that these bumps in the road are all part of my mission and I'm not failing.

So, yesterday I was 100% compliant. Today will be another. One day at a time. Have a great day everyone.

Up way too early...since 4:15 am. I don't know why I keep doing this. I stayed in bed until 5:35 but felt wide awake. I only had 5 hours of sleep.
I usually do what Biki says because it seems to work for me. I eat my first sup within 1 hour of waking and then space them out every 2.5 hours. I'm behind already..
6:30 MF
9:00 MF
11:30 MF
2:00 MF
4:30 MF
7:00 pm L & G
I'll have my L & G at either 4:30 or 7

I hope I can get a little nap in today.

I'm happy to say I've been perfectly on plan and today will be day 3.

Have a great day everyone.
Thanks for stopping by with your hello's and support.

Hey there, glad to hear you back on the right track. I was off the wagon, a wheel ran over me, but I am back on track and was 100% compliant yesterday and will do the same today.

We can do this, we need to do this, we HAVE to do this!

Sharon, I'm so glad for you.

Today has been a tough day but I'm pushing through it. I was up too early and no time for a nap. I ate my L & G at 11:30 because I felt so hungry. I've had all but one MF meal and then I'm going to try to get into bed early. I think I'm going to take a sleep aid tonight. This dieting doesn't mix with insufficient sleep. I've had too many days in a row with only 4-5 hours of sleep.... Feels good to write this because it states exactly what I will do for the rest of the evening to have another compliant day behind me.
I went to school today to buy books. I'm taking two college courses. I haven't mentioned but I am working towards an RN nursing degree. Well, Ta-Ta for now. Hope everyones having a great day.

Good morning everyone. I'm on to Day 4. I slept for 7 hours last night so I'm feeling rested this morning.
I was thinking about weight loss and how you lose weight (3500 calories equals one pound). I calculated how many calories I have over eaten to get to this weight. 516250! This is how many calories I've eaten in excess to get myself to this weight! That is pretty discusting to me.

Even though I have done well for 3 days now, I'm feeling too obsessed with food. We are having some friends of my sons over today for a little pool party and I'm serving them lunch (lasagna and fresh veggies and dip) and then ice cream cones so I've got to really stay focused and in control today. I have to remember...it will get easier everyday I am on plan and it will be easier in September when we are all on our structured school routine. I've got to stay strong.

My plan today...
8 am MF
10 am MF
12 pm MF
2 pm MF
4 pm MF
6 pm L & G
allowed snack if needed
3 liters of water..98 oz

I'll be checking in during the day I'm sure. Have a great day.

I did fine yesterday on plan. I know I ate too much protein but I was really hungry so I'm ok with that. Not ideal I know, but I really did the best I could.
I had a great sleep last night..finally. I slept over 8 hours. I feel so rested today.

So my plan for today.
9:30 MF
11:30 MF
1:30 MF
3:30 MF
5:30 L & G
7:30 MF

Have a great day!

Elizabeth, What time do you go to bed and when do you get up? It's just that 7:30 at night to 9:30 in the morning is a loooonnnnggggg time. It may be adding to your hungries. I'm not a HA, but I would suggest to either space out your meals a little more or add a supplement.

Hi Jo,
My new (kid/school) hours are 10 or 11 pm and up at 6 am. Weekends are different ..I slept in until 8:30 today.
I've been waking in the middle of the night this week and not able to fall back to sleep.
So, insufficient sleep, long days and trying to get into the swing of the plan has been challenging for me. I'm trying for a MF supp every 2 hours. Yes, that makes sense now that you mention it that it is over 12 hours without food. I didn't even realize that. Your right, it is probably too long. I think for now I"ll add an extra one at night and keep them spaced close for now. I just get too hungry and don't want to risk going off plan. Thanks for mentioning it JO and thanks for stopping by my journal.
Have a great weekend.
