Hey Elizabeth,

I hope the new times for eating work out for you. Sounds like it is taking a bit of adjustment to get in all of your supplements. I was the same way at first. Sometimes I would completely forget about my 5th supplement because I used to save it for after my L&G in case I was still hungry later at night. I would end up going to bed without having it. I started having my L&G last because I know I won't forget to have that one! Also, as I'm sure others have mentioned to you before, it is ok to double up on supplements if you aren't going to get them all in. I also find it helpful that if I have a couple supplements only 2 hours apart from each other, I try to space the other ones out to 3 hours. That way, if you are really hungry throughout the day, you know another supplement is only 2 hours away, but if you're not so hungry, you can wait the 3 hours.

Hope you have a great day!

Hi Elizabeth!!!

It sounds like you are doing great despite the lack of sleep and odd hours. CONGRATULATIONS on 5 days back on plan!!!!

Are you using snacks if necessary? Last night I woke up at 3am because my dog needed a walk and was sooooooo hungry that I couldn't go back to bed. So I had some celery sticks and mustard and that did the trick. I do not feel the need to snack during the day, but at odd hours (like 3am :D) when I haven't eaten in many hours some celery really does the trick.

Wishing both of us continued success!!

Thanks Pam, Queenie, and Lisa :)
My weigh in was a bit disappointing to me because I've been on plan. I'm down 3 lbs. I guess its because of the large amount of food I ate while I went off plan one day this week. I haven't been faithful about water so maybe that is part of it. The most important thing is that I'm on plan and have been (besides drinking enough water and perhaps a little too much diet soda) for several days now.
I slept in today which felt fantastic, so here is my schedule today.

Hi Elizabeth,

Thank you for the supportive post to my journal. It was *very* much appreciated. It was so nice to find your note when I checked my journal this morning and made me feel again connected to my MF plan.

Wishing you a peaceful day,
Lisa

I've been getting off track everyday since Sunday. I've started off the day on plan and then eat something off plan midday. I'm so mad at myself. I don't feel like I've lost at all and I won't weigh. It is time for my monthly visit and I'm edgy, cranky, tired and emotional and I've been just saying....so what and grabbing whatever I want to sooth myself. I have been ok today...I've had 5 MF meals and I'm going to have a 6th in a while. I'm drinking my water and not too much pop. I'm going to get back to posting every day. I started school today!! My husband asked how it went and I said ok. He wondered why I wasn't excited. I didn't tell him but the truth is that I had a hard time fitting in my seat and it was so embarrasing and very uncomfortable. I know people were looking at me even the teacher. So, next Tuesday I AM going to be a little smaller in that chair.
See ya all tomorrow.

Hi Elizabeth!

I love your vow to be smaller in your chair next week! Girl, just keep that goal in mind and you'll continue to get smaller and smaller every week.

Here's to success! <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/23/23_28_125.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"><img border="0" src="http://plugin.smileycentral.com/http%253A%252F%252Fimgfarm%252Ecom%252Fimages%252Fnocache%252Ftr%252Ffw%252Fsmiley%252Fsocial%252Egif%253Fi%253D23%252F23_28_125/image.gif">

Thanks Biki,
I will stay focused today. I had 5-0 yesterday.
Today I think I will have 6-0.
Have a great day.

A 6-0 sounds much better than a 5-0! More nutrients and the potential for less hunger. You have a good day, too!
