Yoo Hoody Hoo, Dutch, where are you? :coach: Hell-oooh?
Are you home or out shoppin’ for some skinny clothes? Maybe some of her steam machinery ran amok and vaporized her, Kids!

Where or where is Dutch?

At the :weightlift: gym pumpin’ iron, because she can?

OK, I’m gettin’ worried. :whip: Guido and :drive: Spidey, are you guys in your flyin’ suits?

:help: The Dispatcher here has an important mission for you two: get on over to Dutch’s ASAP and see what’s shakin’…

While you’re there, if he’s not makin’ nice, take out the not so Significant SO, okie dokie? :brickwall:

Hey! I finally wandered in and found this little celebration from my 100th day going on. THANKS!!

I so missed this until tonight. Thanks so much for noticing & congratulating me, Mike! You started something that was a very happy surprise tonight when I least expected to see it. It's you that I think of when I think of shake marathons. It's you who first launched the 100 days of shakes in my mind, in fact... so thank you for all the robust "shake talk" you did in the forum when I was but a WEE Medifaster, just starting out. It made sense to me that having shakes would be the least of a mental challenge, and indeed it's worked.

Thanks everyone else, too, for without coming here to chat and read and remind myself about my program so frequently, I would've lost sight weeks ago. It helps me so much to see people -- friends, really -- staying around and passing the time together, day in and day out. It feels like a family.

Yes, I probably was at the gym -- else, I also don't look in the Weight Loss area as much as I look in the Weight Room. Nancy, I love your smiley/emoticons and I know you must have a good connection to be using them! I have a dial-up and have to wait about a minute each time I grab one from the second page.... so "all I've got is text", mostly. Your messages bring so much cheer.

Everything's fine here, and guess what? No more work until next Wednesday!! Woohoo!! Let me pray for continuance of my good work, and not for a "fall" in the kitchen with so much time on my hands -- and cooking a turkey tomorrow, too. What's 2oz of a turkey, lol? But seriously, I don't think I'm stopping my fast, anyway, though it will be painfully good-looking. Take care, everybody.

I didn't see this thread till now! I agree with Sudaoning... you deserve to treat yourself! Making it 100 days, shake only!!! WOW! :D I've been thinking of getting my nails done, but I'm holding out to 'reward' myself when I reach the 30# club! (the old me would have said "go out for dinner" or "order pizza!" but the new me knows better! Nails are a beautiful thing because: a) they make me feel good about my appearance (just like MF does!) and b) they have NO CALORIES!!! (Unless I chew them off in a fit of hunger... hmmmm... I wonder how acrylic tastes... ha ha)
