so things are going really well right now Im finally down 40 lbs! almost out of the 180's! Things with robert and me are going really good too. When i move back in with my brother he is moving with me there. We are living together already (long storyshort he came to stay there while looking for an apartment and both of us thought about it and decided since we wanted to live together anyways we might as well just stay living together now as long as it doesnt hurt our relationship.)

Now i have a new mini goal though. be @ 170 by oct 1. him and i are driving up to indiana to see his family, then michigan to see one of our friends and then virginia to see my dad's side of the family and it would be nice for my cousin to see me 50lbs less . anyhoo so yeah. it should a fun road trip. im having fun planning it and i got plenty of paid time off to use.

My cousin's husband leaves monday and its going to be sad, im glad i have the day off so i can be here for her. it will be great though when she sees him in october at the end of the month and he will see even more of a difference in her . so yeah...life in general feels good and its really nice. Im going to be supervisor for saturdays at work now so im quite happy about that as well

ah. not to much going on. saturday is 1 month robert and i have been back together. feels like longer (in a good way). We are supposed to go out and do something but not sure what yet... might go ice skating or something. he had suggested it last week but time didnt allow with rayray's husband leaving and all. the scale is broken so havent weighed myself in over a week and not even concerned. i still feel great and i am following the diet so i am not worried.

hmm im posting yet again today.. eh... so saturday good day sunday BAADDD


3 years since my dad was killed. Id like to say i wont get upset... but i cried last night when i listened to his favorite song. if anyone still reads this , got any good ideas to do something special for him on sunday that might make me feel a little better. i guess it doesnt help that my grandmother (his mom) passed just last month.

my cousin is right...good things happen with bad things... god's way of keeping us humble. I'll look on the positive and say at least i have my cousin and robert, they are the two people i am closest to in my life.

I would just think about how your dad would want you to spend that day. Would he want you to be all weepy? I'm sure not. So do something fun to honor him. Take a walk and enjoy nature while you think about the good times. Birthdays/anniversaries are hard, but you will get through it and go on.

i definitely update my extrapounds blog much more than here but if im making a comeback i am making a comeback and posting alot on here. Not too much new. Ive still been losing, not as fast as i would like because i wasnt following medifast like i should have been. Sunday i started back on 100 percent, i worked out monday morning before and again today and it felt so good. I have been making sure to drink plenty of water and been having my foods. Works still the same, but eh i enjoy my job. I am happy at where my life is at right now and absolutely in love Still a little nervous about meeting his mother and sister though, which will happen in about 12 days. She also told robert she had something for me that she was waiting for him to meet the right girl...hmm idk lol makes me more nervous *blushes*

so..ive maintained my weight...but yeah over the holidays..eh. i am not fully on the diet anymore anyways, i still replace some meals with it, but not all... dont care to try and explain better...ive stopped looking at the scale as well...i just want to be happy with how i look not how much the scale says...so when i feel i am at my supreme hotness thats where i finish. that being said... i want to do more weightlifting/ circuit training which is more of something i should avoid while completely following medifast. i still lost that way, however i felt a bigger change in how my body was, how clothes fit. my problem was dropping my gym-going habits. Tonight hopefully i can get in for a decent workout. anyways...i know dont update or pop on here much...but im still around. i still like to see how other people are doing. keeps me inspired...so thanks ya'll..and happy new years. i know my resolution is to finish what i started...oh and perfect my knitting and crocheting skills...

Robert and i are still doing really good...in less that two weeks it will be 5 months since we got back together and i couldnt be more happy with him.
