Dizzy

Well it's my 4th day and all is well.
I'm a little light-headed tonight. I'm getting plenty of water, I think.
How's this sound: Before the 1st shake I drink 8oz of water then the shake.
Then I drink 16oz of water to rinse out the jar.
Half-way before shake 2 I drink another 16oz's
Then I repeet this each time through the day.
I drink a total of 184oz of water per day.
This does not count Diet-sodas maybe 2 or 3.
I work outside and it's hot here in Florida and I
sweat a lot.

180 oz??? Good Lord! You know, with the heat and working outside in Florida...may I ask what kind of work you do? If it is anything strenuous you may wish to add an extra supplement if you continue to feel dizziness. Also, you can and should try a cup of bouillon and see if it helps. Will all the water you could be flushing quite a few electrolytes out of your system.

Food for thought....looking forward to hearing more from you!

yep....sounds like you need some bullion or fast soups.

You might want to add an extra shake too.
