Glad your day turned out okay. But I can't stand those eggs! I am so happy that they brightened your first day back on program though.

I'm with you Michelle on the eggs...I love them. If you let them set for about 5 minutes before cooking them, they look like real scrambled eggs...they thicken up.

Sounds like your head is in the game...good for you!

Yes! Sojourner.....I LOVE THE EGGS!!! Might sound YUCK to you and Biki, but I can't stomach the soups and chili. Ya'll probably LOVE them!! I hear that tastes change after awhile..........might be a LONG while for those two!

Thanks! Kelli! I do love the eggs, but I don't nuke them.....I scramble them in a saute pan with a little Pam. I guess I'll have to order some....can't wait until next monthe to get them!!! :D

Thanks for reading! I appreciate your responses!

I hate the chili too and most of the soups. I am mostly a shake and oatmeal girl.

Not at all, Michelle, they sound delicious - but I haven't yet tried them. They're enroute as I type. Everyone's talked about how good they are, and your enthusiastic response makes me even more glad that I finally ordered them. :D

You're right about tastes changing, though mine never came around on the soups. The chili, on the other hand, is now one of my absolute faves. Doctored with a little cumin and cinnamon, it totally rocks!

My eggs should be here tomorrow... :exercise:

Welcome - a few days late I don't get around to reading posts every day.
Liked your comment about "baby weight" - that was always my excuse - but my "babies" are 30, 27 and 23!!!

You have a great attitude - hold on to it! MF isn't always easy, but you'll succeed if you keep it up.

The food icons are for people to express how much they don't need it anymore ;)

As for the beer thing. What about crawfish and boiled peanuts?

Love,

Thanks Chynna ~ I'm pretty sure I'll like them, too.
I certainly hope so anyway...I ordered two boxes without trying them first!!

Michelle ~ DeDe is wise. It's always a good idea to heed the advice of those who have gone before and have been so successful. It is pretty important to get every last meal in, even when it's late or you just don't feel hungry. If you don't, you'll prolly fight the Hunger Monster tomorrow, and why put yourself through that? It seems contradictory, but it will likely slow your weight loss if you skip supplements, too. So get shaking, girl!

I couldn't agree more. When I skip supplements I am more likely to wake up in the night hungry and have one of my infamous jam sandwiches or just feel miserable. Why throw yourself out of ketosis over one little supplement? Who says you have to be hungry to have a supplement? I know it seems counterintuitive compared to other diets, but just go with it. I'm hardly ever hungry except at 3am when it's my fault, but I still do a 5-1 to the best of my ability everyday.
