I had been craving real chili for along time, and yesterday after I left for work, my boyfriend went on his bike ride with his friend aas he always does, except that the friend made him a chili omelette. Then he told me about it, so at lunch I went and got a bowl of chili and ate it all. then I ate the piece of bread that came with it. Then I felt like CRAP and I felt guilty.

Im back on plan today but wanted to fess up to my cheat.

Allie do you not like the MF chili? I personally dont like Chili at all so I dont know if the MF compares well. At least you got back on plan and are past it now.

Hey Allie! It'sgreat that you picked yourself up and got right back on plan.

As a chilli lover myself, I know how tempting it is. 2 things that have helped me: 1:MF chilli doctored up with chilli powder and Cumin... delish!
2: For L&G,Turkey or lean ground beef, onions, crushed tomatoes, chilli powder, cumin, salt&pepper, garlic.... Yummy! :eat:

Allie,

Just keep going on your plan, and remember that chilli (non-MF chilli) will be there when you are done for the occasional meal. You did great getting right back on the program, and I wish you well with continuing.
