Hi,
You guys are wonderful. I guess I don't need to pat myself on the back, just come here and you will all do it for me.
Jen, Wow am I reading that right you have lost almost 40 lbs in about 6 weeks? Way to go!!!! I don't think you will have any trouble on your trip in July. You have had so much success so far I know that will be your motivation to keep on going. Congrats to you . I can't wait until I can say I have had the kind of success you have.

Sharon,

I wish it was in 6 weeks...it's been 15 ish. I did lose 25ish in the first 6 weeks though...then it's been about a pound each week...sometimes more. I've been having a tough couple weeks, but I'm back on track now.

One great perk from medifast is that I'm smaller size wise than the last time I weighed this. My muscles in my legs are more defined it's really ridding me of excess fat.

Hi Sharon,
Aren't you sooooo glad you found this wonderful place??? The forum members are soooo supportive. They will cheer for you and help give you those well deserved pats on the back. Did you say Las Vegas???? Wow you avoided all those buffets and the other tempting stuff. Great for you!!! You're going to do fine. :D

Hi Sharon!

You did SO good! Conventions are the WORST! I travel MOST of the time and sometimes feel I'm better off because I always know what an (most importantly) WHEN I'm going to get to eat.

Avoiding all that junk at the convention just proves how important this is to you and how seriously you take it! How can you not succeed!

Huge pat on the back from me!
