Postby Porky2 » February 27th, 2007, 2:00 pm

Hello my fellow shakers!!
I found these "Mt. Olive" brand (no sugar added) Bread & Butter round pickle slices and was wondering if i could eat these as a snack instead of the Dill pickles? Here is the Nutrition Facts:

Serving size: 1oz.(about 6 chips)
Calories:0
Total Fat:0g 0%
Sodium:165mg 7%
Toatal Carb.:<1g 0%

These are sweetened with Splenda

Would like your input!

Thanks...

You may have a serving which I think is equal to 2 spears (eith 1 or 3 oz I think).
Pre WLS 460
Low after WLS 300
Start of MF 350
Previous MF low 280
Restart MF 330

I have to be careful not to confuse excellence with perfection. Excellence, I can reach for; perfection is God's business.

FYI- Vlasic also makes a no sugar added bread & butter and they are even better than the Mt Olive. They are hard to find though.
