Hi this is Bonnie and Nancy enjoying our Medifast in the hot tub at the beach. Looking and feeling good in our swimsuits.


After shopping all day for thinner clothes, we can thank medifast for our new look. For the first time I am not embarassed about having my picture taken in a swimsuit.



Remembering back when I drank the first shake and thought "I could do this" seems so long ago. Thanks to my dearest friend Nancy for helping me with that first shake. I am now a health advisor and am helping others look good in their swimsuits.

Look at those bathing beauties!! Quick, someone bring *me* a hot tub!! What do you mean you don't have an extra one?!?!?!

What an inspiration you two are! Today I ran across a size 22W bathing suit I picked up for a cruise a couple years ago (and never wore!). I raise my rtd to you two and to a much smaller next bathing suit!

I have a pic of me in a size 20/22 bathing suit taken in September. When I get a bit closer to goal I will post it. I have these relatively thin arms and legs poking out of a Jabba the Hut body encased in black and white floral lycra! Scary!!!

You are both TOTAL inspirations. I am going to have to try to find a before picture of me, because when I reach my goal and look as HOT as the two of you, I am definitely going to post it.

BonBon and I are best of friends - through FLAB and THIN...

It was SO cold the day we were in the spa - we were at Glen Eden Beach, on the Oregon coast.

The weather was typical northwest spring: low 40's, breezy and with intermittent RAIN. We had been walking the beach, all hunchied over and looking for agates that March 16th day.

BonBon had back surgery last year and her hip and back joints were reminding her of that, I was freezing since I had been wading in the water looking for the perfect carnelian aggies…the hot tub was such fun, we got warmed up and enjoyed a delicious RTD – they need no refrigeration and have the cutesy wootsy little straw attached.

What you don’t see in the picture are our dear husbands, Terry (Mine, all MINE!) and Steve (who belongs to BonBon).
