These are size 26 pants I was wearing when I started Medifast. I was able to fit both my legs in one pants leg but was afraid of falling over.

What is so funny is that I was wearing size 26 pants and didn't think I was that large. My denial was frightening.

That is so encouraging. Thank you for sharing the picture of your tremendous weight loss. Pictures like this keep me on track and make the program that much easier.

I have decided not to weigh very often because I get very discouraged and want to cheat when I don't see the scale move. That is why my ticker is staying at the same place even though I know I am losing a tad a day!

Thanks again!!!!! Go celebrate with a massage or shopping spree! :lol:

I love it!! Thanks for sharing. Size 26 is NOT that large....but we already talked about that. 8)
