Aloha everyome!

I don't know if you remember me, but I started posting back in January. Since then I gained twenty pounds due to alot of stressful situations and uncontrollable emotional eating. Even though I wasn't doing MF, I kept lurking on the message boards and continued to see everyone shed those pounds! Many who started at the same time as me have lost 50lbs or more!

Well, after many false starts... I am here! This is day 3 for me and I amd feeling great already.

Thannk you all for your inspirational posts and motivating me to start over!

Thanks everyone! Wow, Dede and Arklahoma ! You ladies are shrinking like mad! Your tickers are showing so much weight loss! I want to see results like that for myself!

Just call your first experience a "learning experience" and now you're in it for real. Don't worry you'll part with those pesky pounds. Just keep posting and letting us all know how you're doing. :D

Aloha Hulagirl,

We started in January at the same time, but I gained back most of the weight I lost when I was in a car accident in April and had to go off. I had almost lost thirty pounds. I lurked on the message boards and was so happy for everyones losses but felt bad I was so far behind everyone I started with... I felt they were miles ahead of me. So like you with a few false starts I am so in the mf mind set to succeed. So when the time was right and I was ready to do this ...here I am starting again. I'm on day seven and feel really strong and know this is where I need to be to get to where I really, really want to be, thin and healthy.

So welcome. Let's do this together!
