Avatar upload doesn't work?

It appears I am not the only one having avatar upload issues. I have an avatar that meets the requirements stated on the profile page (less than 120 pixels and 20kb in size) yet it just won't post for me. Are the requirements different than stated?

Month 1: -4.4,-0.8,-4.0,-2.2 (-11.4, -7 in.)

I talked to someone who told me if you are having problems with posting a particular avatar you can send it to Unca and he will put it on your profile for you

I've disabled users being able to upload any pics to the MMT server.
There were too many "interesting" pictures showing up.

Any pics you want to post, just send to me.
There's a little sticky blurb in the "Studio" forum on how to post pics.
