Skye, I had forgotten about NSVs....(non-scale victories for anyone who is reading and not sure what the letters stand for). Thank you for sharing your NSVs/blessings today.

Keep plugging away and the 200's will be behind you soon. Sticking to program will make the pounds and inches disappear...just some of those plateaus/stalls seem to last forever.

I'm glad you are sticking in there and continuing to post during this quiet time on the forums. I've been lax about writing even though I read daily, I need to get myself more motivated to encourage and share again. :)

Keep going!

I sure am glad someone cleared up this NSV issue! I've been puzzling over what the heck that meant half the day. Good to know!

Like I said, I know that's part of my problem. I just didn't expect to get any smaller than I am now. We'll see tho. I'm not done yet.

Well, keep in mind, I'm a shrimp (5 foot 2). And kinda small-boned, so I really could easily be a 4 (although I think a 2 would be too small for me).

Hey girlies! Thanks for checking up on me. I really do appreciate it. I'm back. Not quite sure what happened last week but I had to have some foody issues. I'd like to blame it on pms or something but I know better. Then I just stayed away cause I was embarrassed.

I think that today is day five back on plan. I made it past the first rough few days and am back in the swing of things. I feel better today other than monthly pms issues-like forget cleaning today, I really just want to go back to bed.

Anyway, I'm back and I'm going to go check out some other journals.

Glad you're back! Stick with it and we'll stick with you and we'll all get where we're going, food issues aside. :D I hear ya on the first few days...we all know they stink! I think that may be why I don't usually cheat...I am too much of wimp to go through it again! I give you MAJOR credit for slipping up, catching yourself, and getting back with it - that shows major strength. I doubt I could do it myself so I am really glad you're back with us this week. I've been missing having you around! :D

Thank you ladies. I do feel better just saying I was bad. I felt like I was avoiding the board so I wouldn't have to confess. On a brighter note I've decided that if I keep myself super busy then I'm less likely to cheat. I am in the middle of a break from the carpet cleaner. I haven't done my carpets since before Brenda's visit (rodeomom) and that was back at the beginning of March sometime. I just want to reiterate that if you have a rental you should never put cream colored carpets down. Especially a four bedroom house where you believe a family that has kids would move.

So yesterday I took the big kids to Seaworld while hub stayed home with baby. It was nice. I got sunburned on my skin that's not seen the sun since last year. We bought season passes so I'm going to be going back weekly while we're here during the summer (we're planning a two weekk vacation to Indiana at the end of June/ beg. of July). I'm pretty exited. Lots of walking and loads of sunshine. I got a new suit on Friday. I'm squeezing my booty into a 12/14 now.

Okay, I can hear baby in the monitor...gotta clean up things she can't have and go get her up. I'll check back later. Have a great day guys.

Girl you are so right about staying busy! That definitely helps. It's when I have down time that I start feeling snacky.

My apartment is a tri-level townhouse with three bedrooms, 1.5 baths that my roommate and I share with three dogs. Two of them are our dogs and we also foster greyhounds that have been rescued from the dog track before they go to their permanent homes, so right now we have three. The place is all beige carpet and right now it could use a major cleaning. Thank goodness I have a big Bissell steam cleaner!

Last week Kenny, our foster dog, ripped a Ralph Lauren down comforter to shreds so we've been vacuuming up down for days. We are still finding it everywhere! I spent another 30 minutes vacuuming the bottom level yesterday and pulled up a ton of down - two floors below the scene of the crime.

Exactly! I actually skipped the gym yesterday because all of the vacuuming had left me a little sweaty and a tad winded.
