So far, so good. i just had my oatmeal and feel like I am off and running on a good thing. But it is only breakfast and my biggest temptations always come while I am at work. I will be strong. I have packed my L&G and at lunch I will take it outside and enjoy the sunshine.

On a positive note, I have a job interview on Thursday afternoon. I hope this is the job for me because I need to make a change soon. I want to tear my hair out at OCUA. They are all driving me insane!!!

Hi Allie - welcome back to MF. You are in the right spot to get back on track. Everybody here is so great and so encouraging. You can do this. Like Queenie said - just plan plan plan and after a day or two of compliance- you will be off to weight loss world. You have to be proud of yourself for coming back. That was the first step - the rest will fall into place. I also hope your interview goes well.

Today was off to such a good start. but then Gina happened and drove me to cake and cookies. I left my old job because I thought that being an EMT while in school was too stressful. Now Irealize that was easy compared to all the "highschool" drama that happens in a large office.

tomorrow is a new day with a new beginning. hopefully I can stick to it tomorrow.

I have been on for two days now and am doing ok. day 1 had absolutely no cheats at all, but yesterday I ate a hand full of tortilla chips. I was really hungry and needed salt but I know that is just an excuse. I need to stay focused and strong. I also need to drink all my water.

IF it's salt you crave try some bullion or a MF fast soup (snack). It's a great picker-upper. BTW, the fast soup has some extra potassium that your body may be craving right now. :)
