Welcome krandle!

What a 'weigh' to start a Monday morning! THAT is inspiring!!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!! Absolutely BLAZING success! If you wouldn't mind sharing some of your tips, I was wondering if you're doing only shakes? Personally, I'm doing the complete program, and have hit a plateau, so reading posts like yours really keeps me going. Thanks!

A MF Pal, :toast:

Camille,

Here's a little tip I thought I'd pass on. I moved from the 55 shakes to the 70 shakes last week - thought I could use some additional protein due to increasing exercise. Anyway, I lost 3.2 pounds last week and wasn't really expecting my faster weight loss phase to start until this week. I'm hoping the extra protein is what I needed to boost things a bit.

I don't know which shakes you're using, but thought I'd pass this on as a possible idea.

Sylvia,

Great suggestion. I've been taking the Women's Shakes for Comfort and Regularity since early August (they went on sale then), and Nancy recommended them as they have an appetite suppressant. Just looked at the stats, and they have 14 grams of protein - same as the Medifast 70. I've lost 4 pounds finally so I'm on the losing end again! (Hoping THAT's true literally) Thanks for your good advice and caring. :secret:
