Hello everyone, yes, this is the second time I've started Medifast...4 years ago I lost 78 lbs and it's all crept back :-( I really need to do this for more than my appearance. I'm borderline diabetic and just started high blood pressure meds. I'm not as excited to begin because I know how hard it is but I know I have to do this!
I really need some kind words, I have no energy, I'm tired, and I weigh 249 lbs-all time high.
I'm glad I found this support forum and I look forward to chatting with you all.
