You guys are sooooo very kind!! It really is wonderful! Before I found Medifast, I didn't think I could ever lose this kind of weight .... and now, well, its hasn't been easy, but it hasn't been as hard as I thought and the time has flown by!
When I'm struggling, the thing I always ask myself is where will I be six months from now if I persevere? Even though my losses sometimes slowed, they add up, and over the course of six months, they add up to A LOT! Before MF if a sudden trip came up or I saw someone I hadn't seen in years, I was so ashamed of the extra weight I would beat myself up for not DIEting for months beforehand. But now I'm ready for the next time I see someone from high school or a colleague I haven't seen in years.
We are all doing it together ... with nothing to regret!
Thank you all a thousand times over ... you are simply the best!
