I haven't checked in here for a while. I am ending day 17 of the challenge. This has been a really good thing for me. I have lost 6.3 lbs and feel much more commited to the program. It came along at the perfect time, I was wandering aimlessly in bites and nibbles land. 100 days is a long time, but I hope this gets me to my goal! :)

I am still counting days even though I obviously messed up with my scarf and barf episode. I was already a few days behind because I was in the hospital when the challenge started so I am on Day 15. When I had stopped weighing I was down 4.5 lbs. I am not weighing in until Tuesday after I have finished my steroids but I will do my best to remain compliant and hopefully report good news~! :)

Today is day 13 for me. I started on the 23rd. I am getting more used to the plan and finding some things I like. My lean and green meals are going good. I am proud of myself.

Glad you all are here. :)

I made it 20 days and got off plan. Back on it the very next meal. Still trying for the rest of the time to be 100 %

Today is day 29 and I feel great! I forget to check in on this 'official' thread very often - glad to see I still have company.

Since my first day of compliance, July 8th, it's been 4 weeks and I've lost 13.6#. I'll take that in a month! Yay, compliance!

Day 26 for me.

I keep a written journal and every day I end the page with "day XX in the books!"

Thanks for starting this thread! The 100 day challenge has been another motivator for me. Any time I think of having anything off plan, I remember what day I'm on and realize I can overcome the craving.

I'm really concetrating on what Jo and Biki preach..."compliance and patience".

Day 40 and I'm doing great. However, I must say I am sort of losing interest. It isn't that I have gone off program, but too many people seem to be having problems with such a long challenge. Personally, I prefer shorter mini goals that can be reached and set people up for success rather than such a big one that may cause people to feel pressure and a sense of failure for any little slip up.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all in favor of people being compliant, but I'm also in favor of people feeling successful.
Just my humble opinion. :)

Mickey, I agree with you---shorter amounts of time are more appealing (and easier) for me. I was on program & compliant for many months and then right about the time I signed up for the 100 day challenge is when I became rebellious (or foolish?) and began having nibbles, bites and cashews....

Congratulations on all who are staying compliant through this challenge!!! It is an impressive accomplishment.

Actually I am really happy with the 100 day compliant. Reason is if I set myself up for small goals I think I can reward myself(and knowing me my reward would be food). I told myself that if I can get through this 100 day challenge I can do anything. Even if I do slip up I will reset my self for another 100 day challenge. Let me tell you something. I was about to cheat 3 times this week and I am so glad I did not. I am having a great weight loss this week. I will tell you in roll call tomorrow.
Thanks Nickie I owe this to you.

Hey everybody! Just bumping this up to see if anyone is still hanging on....

I'm totally out of it - I guess Unca knew it was a safe bet offering free food to me for compliance! No, but seriously - I'm just curious who's still out there, and how far you've come - or if anyone has started up their own (I've seen hints of that in a few journals) and how you're doing.

The end date is still October 15th, right? So anyone who signed up - even if you've had a nibble or an out-and-out buffet - don't forget we said we'd say how many days out of the 100 we were compliant, and post before/after pictures. I say we should still do it - we may not be perfect, but we're all here and we keep trying, and that's inspirational, too!
