100 DAYS CHALLENGE!

Postby nickieluv » July 9th, 2007, 1:06 pm

Hi! There are a few of us joining in a challenge to remain compliant for 100 straight days. That takes us to October 16th. It's a long time but if we stick together and take it one shake at a time, we can all be a lot thinner for Halloween!! Think of the cute costumes.... Sorry, tangent. ;)

Anyway - I'm in, as is KatieB, Queenie, SuzyQ, Tawanda - hopefully I'm not missing anybody but please chime in if you want to join. Today is day 2 for me but day 1 for others - if you've already gotten to day 5, 10, 20, whatever, you can still join in! When you hit your personal 100th day you can add to that total while we all try to catch up!

This thread is for us to check in, give support, cheerlead - whatever.

OK - glass of water in one hand, determined to do this - I'm signing off for now.

What a nice idea :)

I'm in too.. I've been way way too liberal lately with my L&Gs. Still battling with that full fast idea.

Day 1 for me.. 1 shake down, 1 litre water down..

I'm excited about seeing people join. Please everyone that is interested in giving this a go......whether you write often or just read the messages.....jump in here and join us in this challenge! I'd personally love to see lots of people join us and get some who would like to post but can't think of anything to write, to start posting with us on this thread (and then we'll get you to sharing with us more and more over time. ;) Ulterior motives being planned :D )...

Who is ready to challenge themselves? No shame if you stumble.....just commit to giving the program priority in your life to keep going for 100 days. That is 14 weeks and maybe 30# or lots more in those 14 weeks.....

Please join us!

Last night as my hubby was munching out on Junior Mint candies I thought "hmmm, could just 1 be so bad"? Then I thought "NO WAIT, I can't screw up on day one of the challenge, then I would have to report to everyone"!

Its working! :D

I'm in! I'll probably post each morning the meals and water I had the day before, just so I'll have a record of it. This is a good challenge Nickie, thanks for thinking of it. I need to join an exercise challenge to get my rear in gear!

The Challenge is a great idea!!
So good, in fact, we've installed cameras and microphones in everyone's
home and work location that is participating.

Why?

Because MMT is going to award everyone with a box of their favorite Medifast meal
that makes it through the 100 day challenge without a slip!

Actually, we're just kidding about the cameras.
We trust you.....:)

Unca that is so cool. Thank you for offering a prize.

Katie - I too had a headache a little earlier. Took a walk and it eventually wore off about half-way through.
