IF you want a reason to be on Medifast--- i was at the DR today and I am no longer obese and I am no longer on blood presser meds blood sugar meds no meds what so ever first time in 10 years and that feels good at one point last year i stepped out of the DR,s office and cry because he called me Obese and i was in trouble if i did not lose weight today I cryed because he said I was not obese any more and i am healthy Just wanted to share this if i can do it anyone can
I'm not where I wanna be but, thank God I'm not where I use to be!

Vicky, Thanks so much for the post. the dr just said do something and yes he is amazed and happy for me because he knew my health was bad and i had to lose weight.
I'm not where I wanna be but, thank God I'm not where I use to be!

I've got shivers thinking about how your perserverance and Medifast helped you become a healthier you. :thumbsup:

:yes: :yay: I'm so happy for you Laura!!!! I can't wait for hubby and I to get to that point! Your post is so inspiring!!!! We just moved here and went to our new Doc for the first time...he took one look at Jon and VERY SWEETLY asked, "Have you been checked for Diabetes? Cholesterol? Triglicerides?" Jon joked about him not asking ME those questions...but I know deep down he realized he was a snickers bar away from MAJOR medical problems. Thank the Lord both of us have had remarkably good health, but WOW were we on the threshold of problems! Thanks again for the inspiriation!!!!
