Well tomorrow is my 6 month anniversary on Medifast so I thought it appropriate to post these now. I was 270 before and today I am at 190.

Still not feeling too well so they are not that good.

you look beautiful! you can absolutely tell the difference. doesn't feel wonderful when you can see such a dramatic difference. all your hard work is paying off.

Lisa!!!!! I am so sorry you still feel terrible but girlfriend you look AMAZING!!!! I don't even really know you but I am so proud of you and feel such joy to see you look so good and look so healthy. You are a wonderful, beautiful lady inside and out. I love your swan like neck...you don't even look like the same woman. And I am sure you will say that you ARE NOT the same person - right? You are more confident and sure of yourself I bet.

You have been my inspiration since I first joined this board and you continue to be my inspiration. One day I will reach my goal and I will thank God and you for getting me there.
