Thanks Martha, I restarted MF July 10.

Ya know you're no slouch either 68 lbs is fantastic, don't you feel good on MF?

Today was the first day of school here in Fl, after I dropped the young one off I had to get my hair colored and stopped for lunch at a place where I used to be a regular.

This time I opted for the 5 shrimp and caesar salad, no bread of course, diet coke and a lemon.

I got the dressing on the side and put very little on the lettuce, I really didn't enjoy it and with the tip it came to $16.

That was my first foray in public on MF and it will be a long time again until I do that again, too expensive, didn't enjoy it, it just wasn't that good.
Give me my MF grub in out of my little boxes, it gets the job done.

Hi Ladyhawke:

Isn't it the truth, eating out is sooooo expensive. Even tho the company is usually good and you have a good time............give me the MF and I feel better and so loyal to my commitment. I ate out a while back and I really don't want to again for awhile, anyway..... Altho Nancy had a great idea ...immediatley when they bring the food ask for a take home box & put 1/2 in it. I do enjoy fixing dinner at home for my husband tho. Sometimes just being around the food and fixing an awesome dinner for him is my therapy. Other times I don't want to be around food cuz it's too much of a temetation. GO figure!! The mind is a strange thing...........

Take care all and Ladyhawke, I'm glad Jim is doing better.

10 pounds gone

Postby Jan » August 10th, 2005, 10:14 pm

Wow 10 pounds gone!! Good job :D
You are right, eating out is really expensive -- we just weren't so aware of that before. My daughter now tells me" she can't believe how much it cost her to get fat" :x I think we are all getting much more discriminating where food is involved too. It had better be pretty special and healthy. Fat just doesn't taste as great anymore!!

Ladyhawke and Dogma ~

Woo Hoo! 20 Pound Club for you!! That means there are two available seats in the 10 pound - who wants to move in to the 10 Pound Club?

20 Pounds is a considerable amount of weight.

Think about it - 80 cubes of butter, two bags of dog food, 20 boxes of powdered sugar, etc. And it is ALL GONE!

Weigh to go, Ladies!
