10# Club Please!!! Woo Hoo!

Postby She2chat » March 7th, 2006, 8:46 pm

I know, I know..

10 pounds is not alot to most of you, but I am so thrilled to get here in 2 weeks without ever having been hungry that I just had to share..

Now what will happen if I really drink the amount of water I'm supposed to??

I had to cut up French Toast for the boys tonight, and I went through the Freezer to "free" up some space and drooled over the Chicken Patties.. lol but I am not ready to cheat..

Low fast took me more than a month to lose 10 lbs, and here I am in 2 Weeks..

I'm Thrilled!!

Are you kidding??!!! I don't think there's a single person on this forum who would turn their nose up at 10 lbs! Weight loss happens one pound at a time . . . and now you've got that times 10! That's awesome!!

Congrats on making it into the first "club"! :trophy:

Yep, anyone not there yet understands how exciting it is and looks forward to feeling the same thing. Anyone who's passed that mark still remembers how exciting it was (and still celebrates every single pound lost).

You're doing great!!

Thanks for the encouragement everyone!

Funny, I've actually lost 11 pounds, but was so excited about the 10 mark I forgot about the "extra" pound.. It was so fun moving the Dr's scale and seeing that it was still a little to heavy and I'd actually made it to 11 total pounds lost..

One bag of Potatoes and a pound....

I remember being excited about 1 lb a week.. This is MUCH Better :toast:

Thanks again for being here to talk to and "Shake" with!

Excellent She2chat!! 10 pounds IS A LOT!!! When I first dropped 10, I was picking up things that weighed 10lbs and kept thinking "I couldn't carry this around on my back all day!" So imagine the health benefits you just treated yourself to!! Good Job!!!!!

Shelia-

Anytime the scale goes down is completely awesome regardless of the numbers. You are doing awesome.

Yeah wait until you start kicking in the water cause you will get some cardio out of it too -- running to and from the bathroom. By extra TP cause you will need it!

Keep shaking cause you are on your way!

Thanks guys/gals for all your support.

JustLynda.. we did start on the same day and I'm loving this.. I was really hoping for a 10lb weight loss the first week, but it was only 6 lbs (wink, wink).

We are going on 3 weeks, and I actually don't weigh until Tuesday.. My clothes are so much bigger already. I tried on one pair of really Cute Capris that I only wore a couple of times this summer and I had balloon hips, I simply can't wear them, they are waaaaaaaaaaay to big.. Yeah..

they were so cute too..

I have a couple of nightgowns that I could wear, but didn't want to cause they were just to "tight" in the middle. Now they are much looser..

I only weight myself once a week. I notice some people weigh everyday. The best thing to do if you weigh each day, is divide that by 7 at the end of the week and it tells you the actual pounds lost..

Keep shaking everyone..

GOOD JOB SHIELA

I know a guy who stacked up 5lb bags of sugar in his office every time he went down another 5lbs. When he got to his goal of 70lbs he took a picture of himself beside the wall of sugar stacked up. It was a really neat visual for me.

You have lost 2 bags worth already.... :cheerleader:

Let us know when you lose the next 5lbs.
