Wow....this is just what I needed to get the ball rolling and the fat rolling off..Ha...I am not telling anyone but my family that I am dieting, yet. I want people to say...How did you do that? Another week like this and I am sure it will become quite noticeable. Do I get to be in the 10#club? hehe

Buffy, Congratulations on your loss. This does make you a member of the 10 lb club. Unca will be glad to move you up. Dont get to comfortable there tho, you'll be leaving soon . Thats the one good thing about MF clubs, the memberships are short. So say hello to all the 10 lb der members and get ready to move to the next club. It happens just that quickly. .

Thanks Kim and Ash's Mom. Yes Kim I agree with you about looking forward to moving on to the 20# club. I sure like the goal setting that we do with this forum. For me it makes all the difference in the world. I like that I also feel a little accountable for my actions as well.
