I can now have TWO CUPS of egg beaters? I think it used to be a 1/2 cup. Chicken is down to 6 oz.? Not a huge deal, because honestly, I think I was usually under seven ounces after cooking anyway...I never weighed.

I'm supposed to add a fat serving now? That's pretty cool, because it will let me use olive oil instead of Pam. Honestly, I hope this isn't required, because I will find myself searching for a fat serving occasionally. In my mind though, things worked well last time without that on the plan, so I think I could get away with not having the fat.

I would really like to commend Medifast though. In the past, Medifast always annoyed me with the way they worded the quick start guide, because it left too much open to interpretation. When I do something, I want it to be explained fully...and the new guide seems to do that. It breaks down grams of fat and all of that good stuff. It also breaks down the veggies into different catagories, which helps to make good decisions. It's about time!

Yes, they have made some good changes, manly. I, however, am old school and resistant to change because I'm too lazy to refer to the guide and really too lazy to memorize it, so I just use the old way. I was on plan for so long that it's etched in my brain. I have added a tablespoon of peanutbutter to my choco pudding, though. YUMMY!

Actually, you are suppsed to get up to 2 fat servings depending on what kind of lean you choose. The TSFL website has a great lising of suggestions for fat servings...

Hey, Gillian. Already answered elsewhere, but I'm still around. Just not as active (on the boards, that is) as I was when I was losing. Or new to maintaining. I find it better for my mental health to limit my board time.

Sometimes, but if I have PB2 I use that. I just got 4 jars of PB2 today.
