What's your favorite MF meal right now?

Postby Diana » August 19th, 2007, 7:12 pm

When I first started this journey, I kept a list in my (paper) journal on which MF meals were my favorite. By the end of the first month, chocolate pudding was at the top of the list. Then it was the Caramel Nut Bars. Last summer is was chilled lemon bars.

Right now my favorites are:

cappuccino
vanilla pudding with lemon extract
creamy tomato with red pepper flakes

What are yours? :chef: :eat: :flip: :toast:
(just pretend it's a bag of soy crisps instead of popcorn on that last one)
Here's to our mutual success! :buddies: --Diana

Right now it's Chili. :eat: I know, I know...nothing like a piping hot bowl of chili on a frigid August day!

Carmel Nut Bars are second. They'd be first, but I don't let myself have one every day.

Funny you should mention Chocolate Pudding. I am eating some now!

For me I am all about that and Wild Rice and Chicken Soup, Blueberry Oatmeal. Those three things I eat almost everyday. :)

New one for me....
I was doing some reading the other day on Lean Cusine and came across a thread for making the puddings into creamy shakes.

I add 8 oz water to blender, add ice until about 16 oz. Then add splenda or sf syrup and then add the pudding mix. Blend for 1 minute on high. Pour into extra large glass and drink with straw. This is very fillling and tastes like a creamy milk shake...my new favorite.
Experiment with the different sf flavorings and puddings.

I don't have a meal I dislike ;)

Caramel Nut bars (can't order them anymore 'cause I tend to chose those to binge on). Chocolate pudding. Chicken Noodle soup and the RTDs---preferably the French Vanilla ones.

I cannot believe I am saying this but right now my favorite meal right now are the scrambled eggs. I do add a bit of salsa to it to give it a little more flavor but I am really enjoying these eggs. I really cannot believe I like them, but we had a few samples and I thought what the heck if I hate it I will just trash it.

I'm right there with ya. I also used the eggs in other recipes to make tasty things like muffins, brownies, and pancakes.
