I am so happy today...it has been very challenging for me to get back on program. I have tried several times. I restarted last Monday Jan22 and when I weighed this morning I had lost 9.8 pounds!! Hope is a wonderful thing!! Lisa in Dallas

Wow Congrats on the great weight loss. There are a bunch of restarters. I am one of them. This is the best diet.
