week one results, WOW!

Today is one week that I have been doing MF - and I am down 10lbs!!!
I am thrilled! I am going to try to stay off the scale for a little while, because I have learned from this board that sometimes week 2 levels off a bit.
I am so HAPPY!! I really feel like my dreams of fitting into my size 11s is possible - (it's been about 15 years! but they are still in my closet) Who knows, maybe I'll even fit into some 10s!
I feel like I can do anything, I hope this feeling doesn't go away

- no stopping me!!!

EXCELLENT! For me the first week was the toughest - I knew that we I made it through the first week that I REALLY COULD DO IT!......CONGRATS!.........Mara
