Week four I lost

Postby LoriO » October 17th, 2005, 10:37 am

1.5 pounds. I was disappointed, I won't lie. It was TOM but I was still hoping. Oh well at least I lost and didn't plateau. Here's to a bigger loss next week!!

I forgot to add that since I have been on for four weeks it was time for me to measure (I measured before I started and vowed to do so every month). I lost a total of 18 5/8 inches over my body!! That is a foot and a half of me that no longer exists!! I am happy about that!

Lori-

Woman.....you are doing great and melting away. Measuring with weighing is cool cause it paints a more detailed picture - by next week once everything is flushed and back to normal you will be plowing downhill once again -- way to go!

WOW LoriO...That is sooo great 18 inches and counting !!!! I need to start measuring!!! I know that would help me keep focused when the scale doesn't drop. Great job...you must need to buy smaller clothes? Isn't that a great feeling? Sara
