A very long time and no speak!!!!

Postby krandle » January 1st, 2007, 1:13 pm

Hello everybody!
I hope everybody holidays were good. Mine was good. But let me start

by saying this is not why i am posting. I haven't posted since last summer . Nor have i been on the plan since october. And i guess what.....i have gained at least 30lbs. Grant it i am still a member of the 100lb club, but still. I have never transitioned. Ever!! I have been on the program since 2004 and never transitioned. I ate candy corns and peanuts and cupcakes on halloween, cake on my daughters birthday in november, thanksgiving dinner lots of a cake, and cookies at my daughters christmas party and lots of sweet potatoe pie on christmas. And working out did not help. so here i am discouraged because i have to start all over again, because this seems like a long road. I am going to be posting every week until i meet my goal. I will be placing my order this week. LETS DO THIS PEOPLE. IT GETS REAL HOT IN TEXAS AND I WANT TO BE LOOKING SMOKING THIS SPRING AND SUMMER. :D

Welcome back. A lot of us are in the same boat - of not staying true to our goals - so you'll have lots of support and company. Here's to a smokin' summer, as you say!

Thanks you guys. I don't know why this seems like it will be a long journey. I guess because before i messed up in october, I could not lose those last 10 pounds. I looked okay but i wanted the scales to say what i wanted them to say. So to me it is like i need to lose those 30 pounds plus the 10 i never lost. But i guess i will be happy at losing the 30 to 35 pounds WITH TRANSITION THIS TIME.
I will be keeping in touch daily. :bahhumbug:

Hi

Hi Krandle,

I fell off earlier last year with 10 to go, and then gained 30, so we're in the same boat!

I also have learned so much from Jo, Lauren, Dogma etc and how they're transitioning. I am confident that when I get there, I will be able to stay there.

Let's get there together!

Welcome back. I'm with everyone else; if you lost 100 pounds and gained 30, you're not starting over. You just took a little detour and learned an important lesson.
