1 cup of sugar-free Tang mix w/water (make strong)

crush ice cubes then add the other stuff and blend till smooth. with the added flavorings, this is really refreshing first thing in the a.m.

Vanilla Orange Shake

Postby Nancy » January 7th, 2004, 11:39 pm

Hi, Kelly ~

Your recipe sounds good. I didn't know there was a sugar free Tang out there - guess they came up with it to keep those astronauts trim, eh? I am old enough to remember when Tang was first introduced! I'll have to look for some at the Supermarket. For maintenance, it might be tasty to sprinkle on fat free cottage cheese for a change of flavor or to add a snort of it to Fat Free Cool Whip for a refreshing flavor when adding a blob of Cool Whip on Sugar-free Jell-O!

Thank you for your post! :toast:
