Nebbi~~I have to say that all the others are right. I did this program perfectly last year and lost a total of 90 pounds but when I got "too busy" for the forum is when I began to rationalize just this once and all the other excuses I found.

We are all here for each other

I have to chime in and agree - welcome, and the more you can be here, the more it keeps you accountable. I've had several episodes this week that just made me want to disappear, but I knew I had to be honest here to keep myself on track. The one place I can't avoid the truth about my eating....

You will do great! Glad to meet you!

I completely agree. This forum is helps in so many ways. You get it all here. You get accountability, companionship, support, advice, friendship and much, much more. (Great for the price of membership, don't you think?) :toast:

When I stopped being honest with myself and stopped posting here is when everything went the wrong direction for me. I've just re-started myself, so I am looking forward to sharing in your successes along the way.
