That is so wonderful Cindy that you are no longer passing out. And off insulin. You have to feel great about that. Congratulations!!!!!!!!

Bad week last week. I think I ate everything in sight. I got sick and, of course, had to "heal" myself with comfort food. I am so freakin' self destructive. I didn't even weigh yesterday...well, today is a new day and I am getting back on program. I HAVE to do this.

I'm sorry, but I understand it, too. Just getting right back on is the best plan. As long as you keep doing that, you are moving forward, right? Good luck today!

Better week this week...I am down another 1/2 pound and still not having to take the insulin. I had a good day yesterday. One of those "nothing tastes better than being thin feels" kind of day.

I got into my size 16 jeans and several people said I looked thin. I really needed that motivation. Now I am back on a roll.....

Happy Thanksgiving :)

WOO HOO Cindy! I love the feeling of getting into skinnier clothes. Congrats on the 16's!! I know that alot of people do notice when you get out of your baggies and into smaller clothes!

Keep up the good work!!

Really good week last week. Blood sugars are good, weight down and I ate tuna and broccoli for my Thanksgiving meal. I am really "feeling" the weight loss right now and people are noticing...that is the best motivation of all! If I can get below 200 pounds before Christmas, I will be a really happy Medifaster. :)

Only a 1/2 pound loss this week, but a loss is a loss. I am completely comfortable in my size 16 jeans...not 16W, 16!! Anyway, going to the doctor today and for the first time in a long time, I am really excited about going. She hasn't seen me since I re-started MediFast. Hopefully my blood work looks good and I can come off more of my meds.

Nice-sounding progress, txcindylou! Thanks for the update and I'm sure you're doing good things for yourself. Today was the end of only my week #1. My regret is that miracles don't happen overnight, but guess that's the breaks, it just takes a while longer, just as I did what I wanted for a pretty long time before trying to gain control over it. Yikes, what a beast to control, but seems I'm destined to keep trying to. Good luck to you.

Hey Cindy!! How did the doctor's appointment going? You just made me think for a minute there...below 200 by Christmas....hmmm...we must be near or at the same weight...I am at 204.5 today. Soon both of us will be in Onederland (in the 100s).

My doctors appointment was great! (can't believe i'm saying that)...My A1c Hemoglobin was down to 6.2 from 9.8 and I am OFFICIALLY off the insulin! Triglycerides down to 190 from 480...not perfect, but much better. I lost 3.5 pounds last week (puts me at 203.5)....so if I kick butt this week, I might just get to 200 by Christmas :)

By the way, just curious....whatever happened to Bikipatra? Oh, and shouldn't I get to be a member of the #20 club?

Hey, Cindy Lou Who. Glad to hear your doc appointment went well; sounds like your numbers are way better!! Good job!!

Yes, you should be in the 20-pound club. You might have to e-mail or PM Tim or Mike, though; they don't seem to be around much these days.

Biki got upset and left awhile back. She was going through a rough time and felt she wasn't getting the level of support she wanted. It's kind of a long story.
