Two Weeks Down and 10 lbs Gone!!

Hi folks! I decided it was time to come out of the wood work and introduce myself. Besides....I have a great accomplishment to report today!! :lol:
This morning marks two weeks on this weight loss journey and I am happy to report that I've lost 10 lbs. Yep...10 whole lbs! I never dreamed that I could be joining one of the "pound clubs" this early in process. I'm thrilled!!

A little about myself....I am 35 years old, 5'2". My starting weight was 198. My resolution this year is to get healthy. To not only look better but to FEEL better! I'm going to be married in the Virgin Islands in June and I'm really looking forward to being a slimmer bride!

Thanks to all of you for keeping this forum alive. Although I've not posted up until now, it's served as a huge inspiration. I'd have to say that reading about all of your success was the single most influencial thing that helped me decide to give this particular plan a try!

I'm glad you came out of lurkdom.
If you've been reading, I'm getting married in March... AND...I was the same starting weight...AND the same height. Except for the age, we are running the same course.

You're doing GREAT! :bravo: Keep up the good work!!
