Tuna?

Postby jace » March 9th, 2006, 12:40 pm

I'm going to start doing the lean and green plan and was wondering if I could eat tuna as a meal?

As the lean part of the lean and green? Yup!

Don't go and add mayo and stuff and make tuna salad. But, yeah, tuna is great protein and it makes your hair and nails grow faster :-P

Tuna is an excellent choice for the lean in the lean and green. The small cans are already measured at 7oz so it is very convienent! I use the solid white albacore packed in water and I was surprised that I really enjoyed it plain without mayo and other junk added in!
