Drat! I missed it! I had meetings last night for school. I'm looking forward to listening to the recording though. Brian is such an inspiring, positive and encouraging kind of guy.

Amen there. She truly is!

No lie! Life is so much better now. Especially after 14 hour days, I still don't feel as bad as I used to after 8 hour days.

I just listened to the playback of the support call. This was my first one. It will not be the last. :D

Nancy, it is so odd to hear you say out loud all of the things I have been thinking to myself. I think you must have a crystal ball, or a magic mirror.!

Brian, You are a true insperation to all of us. I commend you on your weight loss. Your great.

You guys make me blush!

As for the guest soon, Nancy, at this turtle's pace, soon is relative, right?

Pink, isn't it great to know we're in here surrounded by wonderful folks who've done exactly what we're trying to do? That's the coolest thing about going to Take Shape for Life functions and events -- a whole ROOM full of people in the skinny who look at me and KNOW I'm a work in progress because they've walked the same road, climbed the same mountain...

and slugged down the same shakes and guzzled gallons of water and passed on the chips and dips...

we are a brotherhood/sisterhood of losers who are winning at the table of life!

Keep on keepin' on - with every shake you make, you are moving closer to becoming your healthiest best!

Zowie, NANCY,
I just listened to the Maintenance call, and I was so inspired and excited about how wonderful BRIAN did,
and how great the TSFL/BSFL plan is helping people like him and me attain a 'normal' fit and healthy life.
I do not want to take it for granted!
Thank you, NANCY. You can't imagine what a blessing you are to all of us on this journey.
I must post to Brian that he is my Hero of the Week!
