Here are some comparisons from last summer (beginning of July) til now.
Dr. Anderson from Take Shape for Life and I in 7-2006
Nancy, Terry and I in 7-2006
These were taken today.

Big changes, and my gut is flattening. Back last year I started in size 60 jeans and 4XL shirts. The pictures above, from last summer, were when I was down approximately 40-50 lbs or so. The shirt I am wearing in the jeans shot is a medium and the jeans are 36 waist. |

At times I am proud, and at other times I don't believe it and still see myself as fat. The good thing is I know that with time I will actually start to see myself the way I am. Great things come when you work this program as it is supposed to be worked.

| Way to go Brian! I can relate to how you said that one day you will see yourself how you really are and not fat. I am going through that now. Even though I look at the scale and see 185, for some reason I still see that first number as being a 2 and that I weigh 285! Keep it up! |
